How to Tether Your Android Phone

So I have been running around the net and Android market looking for a FREE, that is right 'FREE' Tethering APP for my HuaWei Ascend. Apparently the companies that be are catching on and these once free tethering Apps I once saw a plethora off are now almost gone and available for free trials before charge or $30 subscription fees etc.

Well I landed on one that is not exactly easy and free but should work for most Androids on most networks.  So peep the article I pulled from Life hacker below.  Be sure to comment back below with your network and type of Android device so other users can so others can see what's up.  I'll comment back myself in a few days with my personal experience.

How to Tether Your Android Phone

There are three ways to tether your Android handset and get sweet internet love even where there's no Wi-Fi in sight: the risky-but-free rooting method, the still-geeky-but-not-as-bad free route, and the $30 easy way. Here are the pros and cons of each.

Method 1: Tether Android with Apps that Need Root (Free, heavy configuration)

The Android Wi-Fi Tether application turns your phone into a Wi-Fi hotspot—essentially a MiFi—in one tap. The catch? You have to gain root access to your phone, a multi-step process that uses an unofficial Android add-on which can brick your phone if applied incorrectly.
