The Montauk Monster, WTF?!?

I Say this Moster or by product from the USDA testing Center not too far from the site this photo was taken is actually a Sea gryphon, no not Peter Griffen, Sea Griphon, tirles dont have long tails like this animal in this photo, nor do Pigs have Beaks as in the picture. Whats Your Take?
